Galaxy is an open source, web-based platform for data intensive biomedical research. This workshop will teach participants the basics of Galaxy, introducing the Galaxy interface including a working example (Preprocessing and QC, Microbiome, ChIP-Seq or RNA-Seq analysis) . The course participants will take the first steps with Galaxy. Upon successful completion of this course, they will be familiar with:
• Galaxy interface,
• Working with histories
• Data upload, data analysis and visualization

You can log into Galaxy with your MUG-account.
