Human.technology.styria

Human.technology Styria GmbH (HTS) is a cluster organization whose emphasis is on human technologies. The cluster currently includes 130 primarily Styrian member institutions from industry and research that are internationally active in the life sciences.

The goal of the cluster is to pool potential, exploit synergies, initiate new projects, strengthen innovative capability and optimize the international visibility of the partners.

BBMRI.at is the Austrian research infrastructure for biobanks and biomolecular resources. Its goal is to create comparable data for use in national and international research by taking over and harmonizing existing biobanks.

In the European network for biobanks, the BBMRI-ERIC (BBMRI European Research Infrastructures Consortium), BBMRI.at is the Austrian interface at the national level. This network aims to strengthen cooperation between the biobanks of the project member states.
