For admission to the Medicine or Dentistry degree programs after successful completion of the admission procedure or lateral entry tests and receipt of a place in the program, proof must be provided of German proficiency at the C1 level of the Common European Reference Framework for Languages.
The following are accepted as proof of C1 level:

For admission to a degree program whose language of instruction is (also) English, English proficiency must be proven if the student's native language is not the language of instruction.
