SAP staff unit

The SAP staff unit has the task of ensuring the operational use of the SAP application and supporting the organizational units of the administration in the electronic improvement of processes.

Reponsibilities

SAP user management
Allocation of licenses based on the SAP authorization concept
Data preparation for statistical evaluations (intellectual capital statement, student key figures, etc.)
Technical support and ensuring system availability
Continuous further development of the SAP application
Service for SAP-supported electronic workflows
Training for employees of the Medical University of Graz
